Monique and Mayank’s South Asian wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau was a vibrant, multi-event celebration shaped by family, tradition, and thoughtful design. From the sangeet and baraat to the traditional ceremony and reception, each part of the wedding carried its own rhythm, meaning, and visual character. Photographing a celebration with layered cultural traditions requires preparation well before the wedding day. Understanding the rituals, family relationships, timing, and movement between events allowed me to anticipate meaningful moments while preserving the scale and beauty of Pleasantdale Chateau.
